When you become a Client
When special conditions are met/changed or negotiated
When your finance is approved
When the contract is unconditional

When you have the keys to your new home
At each of the above points you will receive an SMS, email or telephone call, sometimes two or all three if an important point needs to be confirmed.
When you become a Client you will receive a ready to print package for your permanent record that details all your expected costs and confirms your instructions to us in writing.
If the contract needs to be re-negotiated you will receive confirmation of your instructions again for your permanent record.
At the end of your transaction you will receive the hardcopy of your file which details in writing all the steps we have taken on your behalf.
